De esta manera el alumno podrá conocer las habilidades sociales que necesitan los profesionales sanitarios, tanto verbales como no verbales, para afrontar relaciones con personal sanitario, pacientes o afrontar situaciones difíciles, creando una relación terapéutica eficaz con el paciente, aumentar su eficacia y su satisfacción y desarrollar un saber profesional por medio del pensamiento terapéutico.
